Perfuroma is a discount authentic fragrance retailer with over 20 locations within the tri state who specialize in Men’s Women’s and Kids fragrances with over 200 top brands at their locations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the store is operated efficiently and professionally all the time.
• Pursues sales growth.
• Strives to meet or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly revenue expectations.
• Maintains and holds company values, standards in regards to selling, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and daily operational activities.

Key Job Preferences:

• 1-2 years retail experience within customer service and selling direct to consumer is a plus.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
• US Work Authorization required
• Must have personal transportation with a valid driver's license to ensure you have reliable means to arrive to work in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance.
• Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise and operational activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
